Olivka

The new two-storey Olivka building was built simultaneously with the Rezidence Oliva project right by Brumlovka Park. A preschool and Parkovka Café with outdoor seating and public washrooms were opened in the architecturally very attractive Olivka, thus providing in particular visitors to the park with pleasant facilities. A great attraction of Olivka in the future will be the permanent exhibit of a unique model railway spread over an area of 112 m², which faithfully depicts part of the Swiss Alps. Plus, with the construction of both the buildings, Oliva and Olivka, their surrounding public space has been improved, urban greenery has been added and it is easier to pass through the locality.
