This office building from the drawing board of architect Jan Aulík of Aulík Fišer Architects was built on a greenfield site as the first major office building constructed outside the Prague city centre after 1989. Approximately 12,000 m2 of leasable space is located on seven aboveground and two underground floors, including large, premium offices and 200 parking spaces. The building’s high standard of quality includes a complete climate control system, with full air-conditioning and guaranteed relative humidity. The building’s external aesthetic and architectural concept is presented via its façade panels of strongly figured green granite.
