Alpha Building

The eight-storey Alpha building is one of the most significant office projects in Brumlovka. It is impossible to overlook, especially thanks to its characteristic curved façade, which elegantly follows the descent from the 5. května arterial road onto Vyskočilova ulice. Its unique architectural design is reflected not only in the exterior but also in the interior – the glass atrium extending through all floors offers impressive views both from the ground floor and from the upper levels. One favourite spot for tenants is the green roof terrace planted with rare tree species and offering comfortable seating, where they can recharge during the working day. The building also boasts excellent transport accessibility – the Brumlovka bus stop is right by the entrance, and the Budějovická metro station is only a few minutes’ walk away. On the ground floor, tenants will find a canteen open to the public, as well as the PuzzlePasta bistro, renowned for its fresh salads and pasta. The area is also home to Papýrek, a creative stationery shop that’s the perfect place for anyone who appreciates stylish office supplies. For rest and relaxation, such as during lunch breaks, tenants can chill out in the public Baar Park with its large water fountain, or visit Brumlovka Park, located very close to the building. Right next door is Náměstí Brumlovka, a lovely square offering water features and seating, which regularly hosts markets and other cultural and social events.
