The ALPHA Building comes from the drawing boards of Aulík Fišer Architects and was completed in 2003. Located in the southwestern part of Brumlovka locality, at the corner of Vyskočilova and the ramp from the 5. května trunk road, the ALPHA building offers a total of 11,000 m2 of office space on 8 aboveground floors and 400 m2 of ground floor retail space. Parking for 228 vehicles is located on four underground floors. Office and retail units have all networks, are equipped with ballast carpets, air conditioning, and openable windows. The building features a rooftop terrace with a garden with rare tree species and comfortable seating. ALPHA has excellent transport accessibility: a bus stop (Brumlovka) directly in front of the building (one bus stop from the Budějovická metro station), and direct connection to the Prague Ring Road and the D1 motorway. The ALPHA Building is part of Brumlovka locality, which features all amenities, such as restaurants and cafés, supermarkets, drugstores, a post office, healthcare facilities, the Brumlovka locality fitness and wellness centre, a dry cleaner, florist, and more. Tenants can take advantage of nearby Baar Park for rest and relaxation with its large fountain, as well as Brumlovka Park, located directly adjacent to the building.
The Alpha Building was the Czech nomination for the Europe’s prestigious 2005 Miese van der Rohe award.
