Traveller, photographer and guide Jana Troupová has visited more than sixty countries worldwide. When the pandemic took most of her work away, she moved to Madeira with her whole family. They spent last autumn, part of winter and spring there and will return again in August. Why? Excellent mountain hiking in the central part of the island, wonderful treks on the plateau to the west, unique walks along the levadas (irrigation canals) into the dense forests, to unbelievable waterfalls, ravines, or canyons. Bathing in the sea or in ingenious lava pools practically every day. Trips above the clouds or under the surface of the sea to see whales. Basically an island of unlimited choices…. The event will take place in compliance with valid government measures.
