The ALPHA Building Receives BREEAM Certification
Since 2014, the ALPHA Building has been back under the ownership of PASSERINVEST GROUP, and in 2016 the building underwent revitalization of its inner and outer spaces. Earlier this year, the ALPHA Building received BREEAM In-User certification with a “Very Good” rating in the Building Management category following the successful revitalization. This certificate confirms that this building, located in Prague’s BB Centrum, continues to respect the environment as well as the people that work in it.
At the current time, 3,430 m2 out of a total of 12,300 m2 of office space is available at the ALPHA Building, 1,668 m2 of which is reserved.
